Screening of the film Funny Face, Stanley Donen (1957, 103’, color, in English with French subtitles, with Fred Astaire, Audrey Hepburn, Dovima, Suzy Parker, Suzy Harnett and Kay Thompson).
For this musical comedy, Avedon was both consultant and muse. Fred Astaire is Dick Avery, the photographer for the fashion magazine Quality. Audrey Hepburn plays Jo, his model on a Paris shoot.
